FAMILY HOUSE RENOVATION IN LIELVARDE

The client approached our company with a desire to create a modern building exterior concept, as well as to expand the building with a second floor. On the first floor, leaving the existing layout as much as possible, provide an extension with a staircase. Plan the second floor as a bedroom area for a family.

 

From the second floor there is a fantastic view, so in addition there is planned a glazing, which opens like a terrace, overlooking river Daugava.
